Shipping policy

UK delivery
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our Darlington warehouse using Royal Mail and Evri.

Standard Delivery: £3.49, or FREE on orders of £30 or more. Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: £4.95, or £1.99 on orders of £30 or more. Typically next working day after dispatch.

The delivery options available for your address, and their prices, are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
